Salary Information:
Minimum Salary $1486.00 per credit hour.

Other Conditions:
  • For placement in lecturer pool for Fall 2017 and 2017 Outreach/Extension courses and for future semesters, contingent upon registration, position availability, course offerings, and funding. Positions are part-time, non-tenure for lecturer candidate pool.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. To teach various courses in the department of Anthropology, School of Communications, departments of Economics, Ethnic Studies, Geography, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Urban & Regional Planning, Women’s Studies, and the programs Public Administration, the Public Policy Center and the Matsunaga Institute for Peace. Other related duties, including meeting course requirements as established by the department/program, preparing course syllabus, grading, maintaining weekly office hours.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. M.A., or Ph.D. in appropriate field.
  2. if qualified applicants are not available, those not meeting minimum requirements may be considered.
